Found this guy in a box with some other treasures. I'm new to this and have no idea where to start. I would like to find out who made it, where , any other relevant info. He has a split open chest. Looks like he is stuffed with straw. He has a chain and collar. Kinda resembles Winnie the Pooh. Thanks for any help.
