I've actually sold the majority of the bears I've made. Some of them it was really hard to part with, but usually I knew the bears were going to be sold when I made them. Plus, I was inspired to make teddies because I wanted to share the love with other people. I do worry, though, whether they will be loved when they get to their new homes or if they'll just be stuck on a shelf and forgotten about.

Jessie, you should know that the wonderful Hello Joe is very loved. He hangs out with me in my office, and he's within arms reach. He makes me happy and he's truly treasured.

I'm really happy to hear that. I knew he'd be well cared for by a bear lover like you. My Joanie that you made is also very treasured. She sleeps with me occasionally, but other than that she lives on my dresser with several other bears and dolls. I believe she's become quite close to Gaither. He's only a Ty bear, but there's no discrimination in my pack. I'm thinking about doing a plushie review of her.

I'm making my first bear tomorrow, and I just don't know if I'll be able to sell any of them. I'll probably end up keeping half and selling half.
